Q. Is there an age limit to join surf lessons?

A.Our insurance is available for our guests age between age 6 and 65, so anyone among the ages are welcome to join us to learn to surf. If you are over 65 or have anyone younger than 6 years old who want to take the surf lessons, please contact us through our booking form.

Q. Is there any support in a case of an injury and/or emergency?

A. We are a member of the public insurance which is applied to our guests (age:6 – 65) who take our surf lessons. It covers up to $25,000 USD for death/and or permanent disability, and up to $2,500 USD for injury. You go over our application and liability wavier form before the surf lessons.
We are a professional Bali Surf School, take safety very seriously and do our best to prevent any accidents.
*Joining personal travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Q. Where are surf lessons held?

A. Since we are located by Kuta Beach which is one of the best surf points in Bali and recommended for all the levels including beginners to learn to surf, our surf lessons are held juts in front of our surf school which takes only few steps! Depending conditions of the ocean and considering safety, we may have surf lessons at some surf spots.

Q. Is there any place to keep valuables during surf lessons?

A. We do not recommend bringing valuables including cash, a camera, a cell phone and a watch to the beach, so please leave any valuables in lockers with keys at our surf school. Our staffs keep the keys at the reception during surf lessons.

Q. What is recommended to wear to learn to surf?

A. We provide surf shirts called RushGuard at our surf school to prevent any injury and sunburn. To make it smoother, please put swim wears or bikinis under your clothes before leaving your hotel.

Q. What time is pick-up?

A. Since we provide lessons at the best time to learn to surf, start time for surf lessons changes everyday according to the tide. When you make a reservation with us, we inform you both picking up and surf lesson start time.

Q. What payment methods are available?

A. We accept only cash (USD and Indonesian Rupia) by our exchange rate calculated each day. In the case that your surf lessons is at a different location to Kuta Beach, we ask guests to pay the fees directly to our surf instructors before the surf lessons.
